Organizing a vote

From creating the vote to publishing the results: what you control, and what the platform takes care of.

How do I create an election?

In a few steps: describe the vote, add the options, choose the mode (single-choice or Condorcet ranking), invite the voters, then open the vote. Once the vote is closed, you run the tally in one click, so there is nothing for you to count.

Can I organize an election without an account?

Yes. You can create an election with a simple admin secret: a secret code, always available, that is enough to manage everything. An account remains useful to find all your elections in one place.

How are my voters invited?

You provide the voter list; the platform itself sends each voter their personal voting link by email. You never handle those links: nobody can vote in a voter's place, and ballot secrecy does not depend on you.

How many voters can I invite?

No limit is enforced during the alpha. The platform is designed for groups of all sizes, from a few people to several hundred.

Can I follow participation live?

Yes. You can watch participation grow during the vote, and see who has already voted so you can remind the others, without ever knowing what anyone voted for.

What happens at close?

Everything is automatic: the result is computed with the chosen method (recorded and displayed with it), and the election's public register is sealed: the ballot list is frozen, hash-chained and signed by the platform. From that point on, anyone can recount.

Does the result hold up if it is challenged?

That is precisely what the public register is for: every ballot is published there in a frozen, signed form, and anyone (a voter, a challenger, a trusted third party) can redo the count with independent software. In a dispute, that verifiable register serves as evidence.

Can I cancel an election?

Yes. An election can be moved to the “Cancelled” state. Elections are never permanently deleted: they remain soft-deleted, for traceability.

What is non-anonymous voting?

An election option, off by default and frozen at launch, that publishes each ballot linked to its voter's identity. It is reserved for votes that are attributable by nature, such as co-ownership or general meetings, and automatically turns on nominative participation disclosure. Voters are clearly warned before voting, and a legal basis is required. By default, an election stays anonymous.
